Viral Nation

I supported Viral Nation’s native app efforts through research-informed design focused on clarity, usability, and scale. The work began with stakeholder interviews and a detailed audit of existing components, designs, and the MVP. I then led multiple rounds of user testing to validate new wireframes and flows before committing to higher-fidelity design. Based on those insights, I designed an extensive component system and explored multiple user flows tailored to different needs within the app. This approach ensured that design decisions were grounded in real user feedback while creating a flexible foundation capable of supporting future product growth.
