I provided ongoing design and engineering support for Puma’s design system team, helping evolve the system to better support scale and consistency. My work included researching and designing new components based on emerging requirements, as well as updating the Figma library to fully leverage variables across the entire system. In parallel, I engineered React components and collaborated closely with engineering partners to ensure alignment between design intent and implementation. This dual-track approach helped reduce friction between teams while strengthening the system’s flexibility and long-term maintainability within a complex product ecosystem.
